2015 Training Camp — Day 5

We’re still backed up with 2015 Green Bay Packers Training Camp photos, but we’ll get them all posted here soon. This set is from Tuesday, August 4. Above, the bulk of the “name” players come out of the Don Hutson Center, where they started practice while the rest of the team was working on special teams on Ray Nitschke Field.

The receivers get started on their drills. Seen here are WR Ty Montgomery (#88), WR Larry Pinkard (#11), WR Jordy Nelson (#87), and WR Jeff Janis (#83).

The linebackers work on stripping the ball from the quarterback. 2015 draft choice LB Jake Ryan finishes while LB Joe Thomas looks on.

An overall view of the Northeast end of the field, where the defense was working.

QB Aaron Rodgers throws to TE Andrew Quarless, while the other quarterbacks watch.

Head Coach Mike McCarthy has a word with QB Aaron Rodgers.

S Ha Ha Clinton-Dix gets some special instructions.

Defensive backs get some “keep low” work under “the rack.”

It’d be fun to eavesdrop on this conversation.

RB’s James Starks and Eddie Lacy take a breather.

Coach McCarthy addresses his players in a group after practice.

As a side attraction at camp this day, Pierce Manufacturing of Appleton, Wis. had a brand new fire truck on display. Why? Because this truck was leaving to be delivered to the Chico, California Fire Department — and Chico is Aaron Rodgers’ hometown.
